Talk about music to my ears (rather, candy to my eyes)! ZDNet is reporting that the Appeals has granted Napster a Stay. In other words, Napster will NOT be shut down tonight (though this certainly doesn't rule out a possibility that it could be shut down later, unfornuately). Here's a quote:
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has granted Napster Inc.'s motion to stay a judge's ruling that could have effectively shut down the song-sharing site. Details to follow.
